Terms and Conditions


  • Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours/sizes before checking out. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.
  • Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned.
  • LINSEY reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:
    • The product ordered is no longer available in stock.
    • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24hrs /  1 days from the issue of the order invoice.
    • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.


  • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon payment verification. 
  • Mailing days only on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels by post if proof of postage is supplied.


  • Colours shown may have slight variances on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reasons will be rejected.
  • Measurements stated may vary from 1cm-3cm as items are mass-produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
  • Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered defects.
