  • LINSEY shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipping.
  • International items and items with non-returnable marks and sales items cannot be returned. 
  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached).
  • We are not liable for lost mail in the exchange/refund process.
  • All items must be shipped back within 5 working days.


How to?
  1. Contact customer service for further assistance
  2. We will provide the address for your return parcel and remember that the parcel must be shipped back within 5 working days
  3. Update us on the tracking number to keep track of the parcel 
  4. After LINSEY received the return parcel:
    • Unsatisfactory item: Customer service will contact you to pay the shipping fee and send a brand-new exact piece once we received it.
    • Defective item: We will send a brand new exact piece once we received it.

KINDLY TAKE NOTE:

  • Please do not send your return to the address on your parcel. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-LINSEY products.
