Important:
- LINSEY shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipping.
- International items and items with non-returnable marks and sales items cannot be returned.
- All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached).
- We are not liable for lost mail in the exchange/refund process.
- All items must be shipped back within 5 working days.
How to?
- Contact customer service for further assistance
- We will provide the address for your return parcel and remember that the parcel must be shipped back within 5 working days
- Update us on the tracking number to keep track of the parcel
- After LINSEY received the return parcel:
- Unsatisfactory item: Customer service will contact you to pay the shipping fee and send a brand-new exact piece once we received it.
- Defective item: We will send a brand new exact piece once we received it.
KINDLY TAKE NOTE:
- Please do not send your return to the address on your parcel. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-LINSEY products.
