A. Order & Payment

  1. How long will my order take to arrive?
    • Orders should take around 1 - 3 working days from the estimated date of shipment. International orders may take longer to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances and custom clearance processes. This excludes weekends & public holidays.

  2. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
    • We're so sorry about that! Please drop a message to +6010-205 6271 with your attachment and order ID and we'll look into it for you.

  3. I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?
    • If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please check your spam mailbox or drop a message to +6010-205 6271 with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

  4. Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
    • You will not be allowed to use multiple promo codes at the same time.

  5. What forms of payment do you accept?
    • At the moment, we only accept payments from Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. GrabPay, Touch N Go, MAE, Shopee Pay & M cash is also available to our Malaysian customers only. Don't worry, we're working on bringing more payment options to you in the future!

  6. How can I check on my order?
    • Just log in and go to "My Account". You'll be able to check on all orders made through our website via that page.

B. Shipping

  1. I want my order ASAP, do you have same-day/ next-day delivery?
    • Yes! We do accept emergency orders and deliver by Lalamove or Grab, may drop a message to our customer service at +6010-205 6271 and we'll look into it for you.

  2. Can I pick up an order or drop off a return from your headquarters?
    • Yes! Pick up and drop off are only available during weekdays 11am to 3pm, please drop a message at +6010-205 6271 and we'll look into it for you.

  3. I've made a mistake and need to change my shipping address. How do I do it?
    • No worries! You can make changes to your shipping address. Please drop a message at +6010-205 6271 with your attachment and order ID within 2 hours of making your purchase. We will not be able to help with your order outside of this time frame.

  4. Will I have to pay for return shipping?
    • We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If in the case return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.

  5. How do I track my package?
    • You'll receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 working days of making your purchase, please contact us.
